Calling Passwords Empty
PostSubject: Calling Passwords   Calling Passwords EmptySun Apr 18, 2010 3:35 pm

I was wondering if anyone found out the passwords to the game. I see them throughout the game, white Japanese symbols. People said they decoded some of them. Does anyone have a list of all of them?

There's a list on the Japanese Calling Wiki site. I don't have the link but maybe someone else here does.

Thank you for the reply, I'm looking for someone who has that link. Thanks for your phone key list.

Found the link to the wiki!!

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Passwords are found in the "Item" section in the bottom left hand side. Use Google Translate if you need help. However, when you get to the Items section, use the original view so you can see the symbols.

Thanks for the link. Wish I could understand the English translation for the woman in red locations.

Thanks for the link!!! Awesome, I'll try it out.

@Johnny Doll.

I know for a fact that there are 8 red girl encounters, but you only get 7 messages in your Wii inbox.

5 definite ones are:

School 2nd floor women's restroom in Rin's chapter.

Crack in window of door in 4th floor of school in Makoto's chapter. Note. You have to enter the room, pick up the Samsara magazine and before leaving look out the broken window of the door into the hallway.

In first floor of 2 story house when you are playing as Rin. Go to end of hallway, past bathroom and look at colorful fan then turn around to see her.

When you are Makoto and enter the hospital basement, go to the very end of the hallway and turn around to see her again.

When you are in Sadao's room in The Curse chapter as Makoto, go to his bathroom and close the door all the way, make sure it makes a shutting sound. Look in toilet and flush. Then turn around and leave. You can't so look in toilet and see blood drip in, then look in for her final and freakiest appaearance.

I don't know what the other three are but I think the Japanese wiki mentioned something about a crack in the elevator when you are in the hospital as Rin.

Also, does anyone know if I can skip chapters after I beat the whole game or do I have to start all over again if I want the rest of the red girl locations?

On my second playthough I haven't been able to skip chapters. Apparently only the NA release has this option.

I have the NA version. I could only skip chapters that I've seen already in the first playthrough, you know the ones that show up again after the mnemonic abyss chapter, but I've beaten the whole game once already. I'll try restarting it using another save file to see if I can skip.

No problem! I know how people were dying for the link. I even came across the site a few days ago and didn't know it was the wiki haha ^_^;

Anyways, there is a password missing. There is still a set of bonus images that need to be unlocked, and no one has the password. Also finding the password is going to be a chore...

Oh, and about Girl in Red, the rough translation also said something about in The Awakening, Rin's scenario she appears touching the painting on the second floor of the school. I think they're referring to that giant painting that was donated (?) from another school or something.

There's a painting in the school?

It's actually graffiti on the second floor on the right side at the dead end. It's when you play as Makoto in the Mnemonic Abyss chapter.

Btw, I found all her locations and got all red envelopes! The last one was on the title screen and was the creepiest.

White Japanese symbols? Like Hiragana?

If so, I know what some of them mean, but I'm not sure they're "codes". I think they're just supposed to be scary. At first I thought they would give you hints to help the ghosts but I don't know. I have found three words so far.

First) In the first chapter, The Possession, when you play Shin the word is in the big cabinet to the right of the TV. Open the cabinet and on the right door on the inside words say "Help me".

Second) I can't remember where it was, but the words said "I can't find it." The words just say "can't find", actually, which leaves me to add "it, he, she". Might be "it" though. In Japanese, usually there are sentences like "Location or noun/particle/verb/verb tense", and sometimes there is no pronoun (for example, the speaker often doesn't say I or Me unless they're introducing themselves, or being specific), so the listener has to infer from the situation what the subject of the sentence is, if that makes sense.

Third) The last Japanese word I found was "Ochiru", meaning "I'm falling/I fall/I'll fall". I found it playing as Makoto in Mnemonic Abyss when he's in the hotel. I was looking around and opened a small cabinet by the television, I believe. The ghost of a male child is lying upside-down in there and when he vanishes you see the words "I'm falling".

That one really scared me, so I think they may just be to scare people.

If I'm not mistaken, the Japanese wiki left out or missed one password. I'm desperately trying to look for that one password, because it unlocks a new set in the Bonus Images section.

Has anyone found it yet?

I don't think I have found it yet, I've found all but two (by myself) on my new game.

But I use another save from the other topic.
